My Approach

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

My approach is Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which I am deepening through my studies at the "Il Miller" School of Psychotherapy in Florence. I imagine CBT as a lens capable of bringing into focus the dialogue between thoughts, emotions, and actions. It is a way of looking at life that allows us to recognise the invisible threads that connect what we feel to what we do, gradually creating space to change our pace, breathe more calmly, and live with greater awareness.

Alongside this solid foundation, I continue to train in tools from third-wave therapies, including workshops on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, mindfulness, and guided imagery techniques. These experiences have taught me to see inner life as a place to explore with gentleness — a personal story made of vulnerable parts and courageous parts, of values that guide us, and of emotions that need to be heard.

Integrating all of this means offering you a therapeutic path that speaks not only to the mind, but also to the heart. A journey where you can learn to observe yourself with more kindness, let go of what causes pain, and rediscover — step by step — a way of living that feels more authentic and true to who you are.
